Show up or sign  up . . .

Running a farm takes dedication and hard work and our farm volunteers are an integral part of what keeps us growing.

Volunteers opportunities get you involved in nearly every aspect of our sustainable farming practices, while learning to grow from seed to sow.

Age Requirement
The minimum age to volunteer is 11 years old. Children 11-13 years old must be accompanied by an adult (minimum 1 adult per 3 children), and minors ages 14 to 17 years old are allowed to volunteer without an accompanying adult with the proper form. All minors must bring a signed parental consent form on each visit to the farm. Click here to download the parental consent form for youth volunteers.

We Work Rain or Shine
If it looks like rain, the farm work must go on! We have a lot of fun on muddy and rainy days. We will only cancel in the event of extremely heavy rain or a thunder and lightning storm over the farm.

What to Wear & Bring
We will be working outside the entire time! Please wear closed-toe shoes to volunteer and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, we recommend work gloves, and dress appropriately for the weather as there is very little shade out on the farm. Bring a refillable water bottle– the farm has drinking water available.
